Organizations from the Direct Selling Association to the Wall Street Journal are echoing the message. Companies can increase their sales performance by redistributing wealth throughout their communities.
That may mean allowing sales people to volunteer in the community, endorsing good causes and sending the message your companies cares about people in need.
Maybe best of all it can give your prospects additional reason to trust your sales people and provide incremental networking opportunities.
