Call them by first name to really shine.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;We run a gourmet coffee roastery and cafe and the experience our barista deliver is paramount.&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;One of my favorite customers, Robin, stopped me one day to tell me of his bugaboo over "thank you."&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;"I've been going to one cafe for years and I've counted the number of times they said 'thank you,' ... just 1 in 12 visits. Your staff always says "thank you."&lt;br/&gt;&lt;br/&gt;p.s. Want proof of the power of these 4 little steps to success: The tip jar is full and our average dollars per transaction is much more than anticipated</description>
